Technical Project Manager
This is a mission-critical role to lead the project management of websites and apps for TG's clients and internal team. You will turn client briefs into shipped campaign sites, tools and platforms, brief a team of in-house and freelance developers and designers, and keep the work rolling smoothly.

What the job actually is
What you'll do
- Own delivery across multiple client technology projects: scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
- Translate client and campaign needs into clear technical plans the team can build against.
- Build data-driven technology strategies and drive them from concept to launch.
- Lead both the development and UI/UX workstreams on your accounts, and hold the standard across them.
- Be a hands-on problem solver on complex technical challenges, and keep calm under launch pressure.
- Support senior client relationships alongside Accounts, and help open new technology opportunities.
- Own the technology contribution to pitches and proposals on your accounts.
- Pick the tools, patterns and AI workflows that make the team faster, and get them embedded.
- Manage, mentor and develop your direct reports, and raise the bar around you.
- Bring technology partners and vendors into client work where they add an edge.
- Keep work moving across creative, strategy, media and accounts so projects land on time.
- Track what is changing in platforms, frameworks and AI, and pull the useful parts into how the team works.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in technology delivery, including managing end-to-end web projects and people.
- Proven experience shipping client-facing web work and leading others to do the same.
- Strong command of the modern web stack: React and current JS frameworks, Webflow, DNS, hosting and integrations.
- Solid grasp of analytics and ad platforms and how they connect to the build.
- You ship with AI development tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) every day and push the team to do the same well.
- Commercial awareness: scoping, budgets and profitability on your accounts.
- A track record of running multiple projects at pace without dropping quality.
- Confident communicating technical decisions to clients and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
