What the job actually is

What you'll do

  • Act as the day-to-day client contact and present work clearly and confidently
  • Build a strong read on each client's objectives, anticipate needs, and flag risks early
  • Own delivery across multiple clients: timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Coordinate creative, strategy, media, and tech teams, and write clear creative briefs
  • Analyze campaign performance and turn data into practical optimizations
  • Work across the major ad platforms and support paid social and digital campaign setup
  • Support scoping, forecasting, and proposals, and contribute to new-business pitches
  • Capture results and write case studies to feed marketing and new business
  • Bring ideas to the work and develop your strategic point of view
  • Use AI tools to raise the ceiling on research, content, and speed
  • Contribute to a sharp, positive team culture

What you'll bring

  • 1 to 4 years in an account or client-facing role at a creative, media, or comms agency, or equivalent in-house experience
  • Experience helping deliver integrated campaigns across digital and social
  • Confident, professional client presence and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without being chased
  • Solid grasp of marketing, brand, and digital advertising fundamentals
  • An appetite for strategy and a developing point of view you can back
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Google Workspace and presentation tools
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and genuine curiosity about how the work is changing
  • Political, advocacy, or public-affairs exposure a plus
