What the job actually is
What you'll do
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video for social, streaming, and paid
- Produce motion content, cutdowns, reactive edits, and longer brand pieces
- Generate original creative concepts for social, digital, and campaign work
- Produce supporting graphics, memes, and stills when the brief calls for it
- Write copy for captions, ads, emails, landing pages, and websites
- Build landing pages and campaign sites in Webflow when required
- Use AI tools to add speed, scale, and creative range
- React to cultural moments with timely, platform-native content
- Present and defend your work to clients, and own the quality bar across multiple workstreams
What you'll bring
- 1+ years producing video-led content in a creative, agency, or in-house environment
- A strong reel or portfolio with short-form video front and center
- Confident on a camera, on a phone, and in the edit
- Premiere Pro essential; After Effects a strong plus
- Strong stills and design instincts in Photoshop
- Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and Google Veo
- Webflow and web design experience preferred
- Strong client-facing presence, comfortable presenting work and handling feedback in the room
- High level of self-organization; you run yourself
- Sharp creative judgment and a confident point of view under pressure
- Political campaign, advocacy, or news-cycle experience a strong advantage
