Supie is an online grocery store on a mission to ensure all Kiwis have access to affordable, healthy food.Our challenge was to persuade Kiwis to change their grocery shopping habits and shop online with Supie, using a start-up budget to compete against the entrenched industry giants.

Using the new year to inspire new habits.

We implemented a paid advertising funnel on digital channels, prioritising new customer growth and creative iteration in order to scale our approach quickly.

This was then combined with above-the-line activity on Radio, OOH and Transit in the new year, prompting trial at a time when customers were most likely to change their habits.
