Team

Neve Airy

Auckland and Sydney

Analyst

Having just finished her studies in marketing, psychology and economics, Neve is keen to put her passion for data and consumer behaviour to good use in the strategy team at TG.

When she’s not scouring data and reports to find nuggets of information, insights and inspiration, you’ll find Neve learning Spanish and guitar, hiking the great outdoors, or studying the future of tech.

Agnesa Ajdini

London

Analyst

Agnesa is a typical TG go-getter. After completing her Bachelor of International Business at the University of Westminster, and finishing her Masters Degree in Marketing at CASS Business School, she immediately jumped into starting her own business.

She joins TG as an analyst, helping to inform clients’ business decisions - from broad strategy to the finer details - and is eager to sink her teeth into the world of digital marketing.

Ashleigh Best

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Account Executive

Ashleigh specialises in graphic design and digital advertising - drawing not just on her exec talents, but her training as a graphic designer.

She's worked across New Zealand and Australia, and managed a diverse portfolio of happy clients, ranging from sharing economy and e-commerce brands to non-profit organisations. And she gets a kick out of doing genuinely innovative work.

Andrew Blow

Auckland and Sydney

Business Director (APAC)

You may know Andrew from his work as a TV news journalist. Or from his work promoting Sydney's new airport at Badgerys Creek. We know him as an experienced public affairs specialist, whose knowhow in reputation management and marketing have proved invaluable to a broad range of clients.

With a track record that includes working on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects and reporting directly to the Australian Prime Minister, Andrew is well-versed in tackling the big briefs.

Sephora Bokombe

London

Creative Production Manager

With a strong background in production and project management, Sephora's work has led to her helping build some of the best-known brands in the world. Involved in all creative processes from beginning to end, she loves seeing the work come to life in new and exciting ways. At TG, her focus is on establishing and implementing effective processes at the highest standard of quality, ensuring TG is always delivering the best results for their clients, right on time.

Jacqueline Brookbanks

London

Account Director

Jacqueline's talents include strategy, storytelling and campaign management, honed working on national and global advertising campaigns. She enjoys helping clients turn their problems into cracking campaigns.

Case in point: Jacqueline launched a benevolent lottery for her not-for-profit client Unite the Union, driving the campaign from positioning to completion, and raising funds well beyond client expectations.

Evan Bryant

London

Junior Copywriter

Evan’s upbringing in London gave him everything he needed to become a great creative; an expertise in expensive pints and angst from underperforming football teams.

Finishing top of his class in advertising, Evan’s always had a love for wordplay and scriptwriting, and is eager to put his ideas and words to good use as a junior creative here at TG.

Tyra Cadogan

London

Graphic Designer

Tyra is a graphic designer with a knack for working with all kinds of people, from all kinds of backgrounds.

She's had her fair share of exciting projects working in marketing and advertising, but her standout experience remains the interactive app she designed to support autistic children - a project born from personal family experience. Plus she's an excellent print-maker.

Robert Calvert

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Developer

A specialist in web development, software engineering and project management, Robert has worked with tech start-ups in New Zealand and the US, designing custom digital solutions and web experiences.

He joined us having led a team of software engineers and masterminded a major software rollout for his previous employer. And at TG, he's developing custom social media analysis and targeting tools for our broad suite of clients. He also very occasionally takes a break.

Amy Clements

London

Account Manager

As a Northerner, Amy’s sad to learn - quickly - that Londoners don’t say good morning on the tube. On the other hand, the city’s green spaces make her happy. She comes to TG with truckloads of experience in automotive, tech and other industries. And past projects have ranged from developing Groupe Renault’s websites to designing new-build flats. If you need it, she makes it happen.

Fraser Cotterill

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Account Executive

A Marketing and International Business graduate who's studied overseas, Fraser's outlook is very TG: genuinely international. He helps our clients find digital solutions that are intelligent, innovative and in tune with the wider world. And he can always be relied on for a fresh perspective. He feels privileged to have supported the fight against ovarian cancer with his first official TG campaign.

Roy Dormer

Auckland and Sydney

Graphic Designer

Roy's a firm advocate of the power of design to bring people together, wherever they are.

Making an impact for clients across the world, he's walked the talk, too. And he's even found time to support his local church in their creative team. Because Roy's happiest when our work makes an impact for the client - and the community.

Kelly Edwards

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Account Manager

It's not every day your Senior Account Manager is also an enrolled barrister and solicitor. Meet Kelly. She's shown she's up to the task of defending clients' interests, turning asset management and advertising knowhow into strong campaigns across the world, both as a core team member, and as a consultant.

Deborah Feldman

London

Managing Director (UK)

Deborah is a media and communications specialist with a wealth of experience: in marketing, strategy, crisis management and business development.

Before joining TG, she was responsible for engaging stakeholders and businesses for the Conservative Party. She's also been a Director at C|T Group and is the former Deputy Editor of Tatler Magazine. So our Hanover Square office isn't too far from her old haunt at Vogue House.

Jonny Ford

London

Creative Director

Jonny has worked in advertising agencies of all sizes. Along the way, he's written for market leaders, challengers and, strangely, seven cheese brands. And he's been fortunate enough to win a few awards. He combines enthusiasm for big ideas with attention to the details, and believes the best work comes from the tightest client-agency relationships. Like the creative project he's overseeing with Go Compare's Look After My Bills.

Away from work, he supports Glasgow Rangers through thick and thin. Mostly thin.

Charlotte Fox

London

Graphic Designer

Charlotte is a multi-disciplinary designer specialising in brand identity, concept creation and layout design.

Since graduating (with first-class honours, dontcha know), she's been based in London, enjoying her creative career, the odd gin and tonic, and winning a branding pitch for a high-end Shoreditch nightclub. She calls it her first baby.

Robert Gao

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Advertising Strategist

Robert's experienced in planning, buying and managing digital campaigns for commercial and government clients.

Above all, he gets out of bed to do work that drives real change. A keen student and practitioner of behavioural science, he joined TG to do some good for the world - combining creativity and data to great effect. It's why he's especially proud of our pro-bono work for Cure our Ovarian Cancer, making a national impact for the cause.

Oliver Gould

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Account Director

Ollie's come a long way since he started his advertising career at DDB - and not just moving from Auckland to Sydney. Leading global brand accounts like Volkswagen and McDonalds, he’s mastered sectors including automotive, finance and FMCG. And when he’s not hitting the slopes, he’s picking up international awards for creativity and effectiveness. Long story short, Ollie gets results.

Ben Guerin

London

Founding Partner

Ben is a firm believer that great things happen when creativity and technology come together.

As part-nerd and part-creative expert, he combines diverse expertise in web development, data analytics, branding and advertising strategy to help TG's clients push the boundaries of what can be achieved with digital.

Before co-founding TG, Ben ran a start-up teaching people how to code, and he still loves any opportunity to roll his sleeves up and dive into a niggly technical challenge.

Charlie Hammond

London

Senior Account Executive

Charlie is serious about doing work that really makes a difference in the world - a sense of purpose he’s developed while studying and travelling in the UK, Hong Kong and beyond.

It’s why he’s so dedicated to his TG clients, and particularly to his government and public health communications projects.

In his free time, Charlie is an avid footballer and a terrible golfer.

Tom Hancocks

London

Senior Account Executive

One of life's explorers, Tom enjoys the little things in life.

He also likes the big things: like creating stunning content for his TG clients (Halifax, for starters).

And thanks to his boundless enthusiasm and curiosity, he gets to enjoy those things an awful lot.

Jack Harding

London

Senior Copywriter

Jack’s a full-time copy geek, proud dad and occasional painter. He’s also a big picture thinker who joins us with a record of award-winning work from top ad agencies. He’s defined brands and created winning campaigns in sectors as diverse as breakdown cover and skincare. And he’s grateful he gets to do what he loves for a living.

Paige Harwood

Auckland and Sydney

Content Specialist

Paige comes to work with a simple goal: spread some joy.

Her experience in video production has taken her from documentaries to Australian Survivor to High Road. And she's happy to put all that talent into making great content for TG, in any channel we can dream up.

Deb Haworth

London

People and Operations Manager

Having started out as a research analyst in the financial sector, Deb moved into project management, focusing on the not-for-profit sector. Now at TG, she's kept very busy looking after the global team and every aspect of TG Operations.

In her rare periods of downtime, she's also a travel blogger and writer.

Mikayla Haycock

Auckland and Sydney

Advertising Strategist

From social media management to influencer-lead marketing strategies, Mikayla wears many marketing hats.

With a strong interest in the future of digital advertising and marketing, she loves the constant challenge of keeping brands fresh and innovative.

Ryan Hollreiser

London

Analyst

Recently graduating from the University of St Andrews with a 1st Class in Philosophy, Ryan has now taken his talent for research and synthesis to TG, driving business decisions as an Analyst in the strategy department.

Splitting his time between the US and the UK has kept his mind open and opinions on football divided. When he isn’t neck deep in books or audience analytics, you’ll find Ryan in the kitchen making good food and horrible messes.

Nick Holmes

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Motion Designer

Nick’s been designing motion for the past five years, proudly working on projects that have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of Kiwis.

Achieving great things alongside even greater people has been his biggest motivation. Working in an industry where human connection is at the forefront of every decision is what drives him, and is why he does what he does.

Haydon Howlett

Auckland and Sydney

Finance Director

Haydon is a mad keen skier, below average tennis player, and director of the global operations and finances at TG. One of the internationally-experienced members of the team, he's spent time in London and Berlin, before returning to New Zealand. And he's developed his considerable financial expertise while working internationally in the venture capital, FMCG, and start-up sectors.

Josh Kim

Auckland and Sydney

Advertising Strategist

Josh joins TG as an Advertising Strategist, having racked up a few years across a wide range of digital media and marketing roles. Committed to adding value to campaigns wherever he can, he’s confident in the positive impact good digital strategy can bring.

When he’s not cracking the books or learning new skills, he’s discovering new towns and cities across New Zealand, at the gym, or simply trying to learn everything.

Georgia Kirby

London

Executive Assistant

After graduating, Georgia worked in some of London's top literary agencies, editing high-profile titles like 'The Amber Keys' for publication. Then she realised she could make use of her plentiful communication talents in the world of advertising.

She comes into her own with the fine art of managing client projects, and enjoys nothing more than seeing we've delivered the best possible end product.

Jordan Knight

Auckland and Sydney

Copywriter

Jordan just sort of wandered in one day and started writing copy. Amazingly, he got a job out of it.

With a background in journalism, Jordan uses storytelling and good old fashioned ideas to help grow businesses. Interested in the combination of technology and art, and with absolutely no interesting hobbies whatsoever, he has now turned his sights to figuring out the future of digital communications. Where better to learn this than TG?

Stasa Lalovic

London

Account Executive

With a strong background in internal communications and PR, Stasa knows that you need two main things to get people engaged: enthusiasm and creativity.

Having done everything from rolling out large-scale telecommunication rebrands to working on record-breaking drone shows coded by kids, it’s very easy to see how Stasa lives and breathes TG’s ethos of digital excellence and creativity.

Maurice Lewis

London

Creative Strategist

Maurice is not your ordinary strategist. Actually, he's not just a strategist at all, as Maurice brings his creative talents to bear on every job.

In previous incarnations he was top digital staffer working on major legislation campaigns in the US House of Representatives - and a video creative lead supporting several US Governors in Vermont, Arizona and Iowa.

Danya Malate

Auckland and Sydney

Account Executive

A recent graduate with a degree in marketing and commercial law, Danya is super passionate about the future of marketing, creativity and digital communications.

Danya is excited to play an integral part in a forward-thinking company like TG, exploring and pioneering the new age of creative and digital advertising. Her passion is working on projects that can make real impact in the world. When she’s not working, you’ll find Danya learning new languages, studying new cultures, or staying sharp with a self-help book.

James Matulovic

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Technology Strategist

From multinationals to start-ups, and political to commercial campaigns on opposite sides of the planet, James' experience is eye-opening.

Now a versatile and well-travelled senior strategist, James makes his web development and creative expertise count for private and public sector clients. And his Conservative Party 'rave' video is the stuff of legend.

George Moody

Auckland and Sydney

Creative & Strategy Director

If people are talking about it, George usually knows about it.

From technology, to entertainment to not-for-profit: a long (and growing) line-up of industries have reaped the rewards of George's creative and strategic leadership, astute mind, and sharp eye for content. Which explains the strong client relationships he builds, wherever work takes him.

Jess Moore

London

Senior Account Manager

Starting her own business is one of Jess' personal highlights - launching an innovative, location-based fashion service. And now she gets to put her digital innovation skills to good use for our clients. Pre-TG, Jess ran campaigns for a wide range of household brands and did her bit for society, helping non-profits and purpose-led start-ups make an impact. Somehow, she also found time to learn French, Spanish and judo. Be warned: she's a black belt!

Sam Morgan

Auckland and Sydney

Head of Global Video Projects

Disney Channel. Warner Bros, Nickelodeon and MTV. World-renowned brand commercials. Documentaries. Sam's done it all in a long career of hands-on production and leadership.

With expertise honed working in the US, UK and Europe, Sam brings years of commercial experience to his role masterminding our video creation.

Sam Newton

Auckland and Sydney

Managing Director (APAC)

Sam's a senior strategic and creative consultant, who has managed clients across the financial, FMCG and automotive industries.

He joined TG from Ogilvy Melbourne, where he delivered multi-million dollar, award-winning brand campaigns for AAMI. Lucky for us, he's now squeezing all that experience into helping Lloyds and Vodafone win at social.

Liam O'Brien

London

Advertising Strategist

One of our truly international team members, Liam joined TG after mining insight for JCDecaux, answering the big questions for major airports and gaming clients across two continents. Always looking to expand his mind, he’s a keen student of history and linguistics. And we’re happy to report his Spanish is good to go. So ‘si quieres probarlo conmigo, solo pregunta’. Which is also Liam’s philosophy for life.

Dylan Parshotam

Auckland and Sydney

Content Specialist

Dylan combines account management smarts with serious graphic and video creation skills.

He's a critical member of the 'meme machine'. So we're very happy to have him on the TG team. And once he's completed his degree in Law and Arts (one subject wasn't enough?!), we can't wait to welcome him back full-time.

Luisa Pitman

London

Intern

A keen marketing student, Luisa joins TG as our digital marketing intern, learning the ropes while bringing her fresh Gen Z insights to the table.

With a passion for digital and social media marketing, Luisa puts her learnings to the test, helping clients generate new content, develop new ideas, or fine tune their campaigns. When she’s not working, she’s either hitting the text books or out taking photos.

Craig Ralph

London

Senior Account Director

Whether the public sector, financial services or automotive. You name a sector, chances are Craig's had a hand in it, making formidable campaigns on the London agency scene.

His personal highlight is helping a major UK bank define their global diversity and inclusion initiatives, from strategy through to a shortlisting for D&I Campaign of the Year.

Calvin Reeves

London

Senior Account Manager

Calvin joined the TG team after moving to London from South Africa. Having spent most of his time working on accounts such as BMW, MINI, Aston Martin and Ferrari on an OEM and national level, he brings a wealth of stakeholder and project management skills to the team.

Hayley Richman

London

Account Manager

Hayley's typical of a TG employee: curious, ambitious, driven. Her work in tech start-ups in the US and Australia is testament to that. If we were the kind of agency that used corporate cliches, she's what we'd call a 'self-starter'. Hayley played a key part in triggering a 'Comic Sans' typography trend in the UK after a cheeky Twitter graphic took the internet by storm.

Much less typically, however, she's also owned her own business.

Conor Ritchie

Auckland and Sydney

Media Director

Conor's an accomplished Media Director and a lead member of TG's Auckland team, specialising in paid advertising and digital strategy.

He's proven his talent for large-scale media buying, social media and search-engine marketing, working around the world. His personal highlight is leading a multi-million pound advertising programme for a major UK brand.

Tracey Scott

Auckland and Sydney

Assistant Accountant

It’s thanks to Tracey, that the finances of three busy global offices run smoothly. Having managed accounting across Australasia and the UK, she brings an impressive breadth and depth of experience to the table. And after four years in Switzerland, she’s happily rediscovering the joys of Kiwi life.

Wilhelmina Shrimpton

Auckland and Sydney

Account Director

You might recognise Wilhelmina from television, where she spent 12 years working as a highly regarded presenter and journalist covering everything from elections to pandemics.

Now turning her sights to the advertising industry and TG as an Account Director, Wils is excited to wield her extensive skills and experience as a storyteller to help brands and businesses build their own.

Jed Small

London

Junior Creative

Having recently graduated top of his class in advertising, Jed joins TG as an ambitious junior creative and long-suffering Arsenal fan (nobody’s perfect).

His upbringing in London surrounded with the best of advertising, giving him a great eye for what it takes to make great work. When he’s not coming up with brilliant ideas, you’ll find Jed on the football pitch.

Laura Smith

Auckland and Sydney

Account Manager

With a proven track record of devising, creating and implementing successful marketing strategies to an array of different businesses -- while also running her own successful e-commerce charity on the side, Laura brings an enviable range of skills, talent and successes to TG.

Laura's infectious enthusiasm for producing gold-standard work, paired with her love for all things communications and strategy, means she is the perfect person to manage and execute any and all client accounts.

Bailey Strand

London

Account Executive

A good ol’ Canadian lad who’s recently made the move across the pond to our London office, Bailey formally worked as the social media officer for the Conservative Party of Canada. With a taste for working on big projects that make a real impact, Bailey loves thinking outside of the box. In his spare time, you’ll find him doing the normal Canadian things like playing hockey, ice fishing and being far too polite.

Sarah Stumbles

Auckland and Sydney

Account Executive

Sarah is a recent graduate with a degree in communications and media. As someone who is relatively new to the industry, Sarah is excited to see where TG will take her and the opportunities that she will have.

Sarah is passionate and hardworking, and is committed to completing tasks with excellence. She is particularly proud of her work assisting multiple local small businesses and not for profit organisations in her spare time.

Eddie Thomas

Auckland and Sydney

Senior Account Director

Eddie is a true integrated Account Director, experienced in leading multi-channel advertising and digital campaigns in New Zealand and the UK.

As clients will testify, Eddie's as much problem solver as director. In the UK, he was responsible for re-positioning everybody’s Christmas favourite, Baileys Liqueur, reinvigorating global sales for the first time in a decade. He's also cracked some of the trickiest TG client challenges and is a senior leader in our Auckland team.

Sean Topham

London

Founding Partner

A proud Kiwi and co-founder of TG, Sean knows a thing or two about getting things done, having started TG as a small one-stop shop in Auckland. He’s since directed some of the world’s highest-profile campaigns, transforming brand fortunes with powerful storytelling, across industries.

He’s committed to turning his extensive experience into exceptional impact for TG's clients.

Oliver Weinfeld

London

Senior Motion Designer

We couldn’t think of what to write, so here’s Oliver in his own words:

“I grew up on a farm in the arse-end of rural Hampshire, going on to disappoint my family by moving to the city and becoming a media hipster. I’ve enjoyed spending the last few years designing high-end graphics for film, television, news and branding. I’m looking forward to stepping up to the next challenge by coming on board as a Senior Designer for TG.”

Kate Wood

London

Office Assistant

South African born and bred, but now a happy Londoner, Kate's job as Office Assistant here at TG is to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible for all. Her previous work as crew aboard Superyachts means she knows the value of team work, multitasking and bringing a sunny disposition to work every day. When she's not running things at TG, you'll find her running in London's many parks, or daydreaming about sailing the mediterranean.

Tsieske is super passionate about creative solutions that bring tech, design and social media together in a way that earns people’s interaction.

Her background in agencies in NZ, Australia and the UK is diverse, having worked with brands in almost every sector at every level, from global to local.
