He brings his vast experience to managing and directing powerful online and video advertising projects across a wide range of industries.

Ben Guerin

Founding Partner

Ben is a creative and digital strategist with an extensive background in campaign management, creative content production, product development and innovation.

In his role as a founding partner at Topham Guerin, Ben combines his creative energies and technical expertise with a deep understanding of politics, technology and education to help clients take advantage of the opportunities presented by digital transformation.

Andrew Blow

Director (Australia)

Andrew is a public affairs specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in communications, strategy, media and politics. Andrew is skilled in advocacy, reputation management, profile building and handling of contentious issues. He has experience working on large scale infrastructure projects and for a period reported directly to the Australian Prime Minister.

Andrew played a key role in the community engagement process to advance Sydney’s second airport at Badgerys Creek, and as a journalist in the Arab Gulf covered some of the major news stories of the time.‍

Maurice Lewis

Creative Strategist

Maurice is a digital strategist and creative professional with 8 years of experience in conservative politics.

He served as top digital staffer for the House Republican Conference where he advised members of Congress and led their digital campaigns for major legislation. In his previous role, Maurice led the in-house creative efforts of the Republican Governors Association, producing video ads boosting Republican governors across the country.

Conor Ritchie

Senior Consultant

Conor is an experienced senior consultant who specialises in advertising and web development.

He has managed digital ad buys in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, including leading a multi-million dollar advertising programme for a major brand in 2019. Conor is experienced in large-scale digital ad buys, social media and search-engine marketing.

James Matulovic

Senior Consultant

James is a senior consultant specialising in web development and creative.


James has worked in a range of different environments from large multinationals to small start ups. Since 2017 he has worked on a range of political and commercial campaigns across Australasia and the United Kingdom.  

Sam Morgan

Head of Video Production

Sam has been in film and video production for 10 years producing video content around the world including US, UK, Europe from entertainment videos with Disney Channel, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon and MTV to film making, world-renowned brand commercials and documentary film making.

Robert Calvert

Senior Consultant

Robert is a senior consultant specialising in web development, software engineering and project management. Robert has worked with tech start-ups in New Zealand and the United States to design and develop custom digital solutions and experiences for the web.

Eddie Thomas

Senior Consultant

Eddie is a senior consultant who specialises in advertising and campaign management. He has experience across all touch points, working on global accounts in agencies across NZ and the UK.

He has also developed digital platforms and managed successful large scale global digital campaigns. Eddie is committed to solving business problems with critical thinking and creative solutions.

Robert Gao

Account Manager

Robert is an Account Manager specialising in digital advertising. He has extensive experience in planning, buying and managing digital advertising campaigns for a variety of commercial and government clients across New Zealand.

He is passionate about advertising that combines creativity and data to influence behavioural change and thinking. He believes that advertising has a positive role to play in society.

Kelly Edwards

Account Manager

Kelly is an Account Manager, specialising in client and digital asset management and advertising. Since 2015, she has been involved in campaigns around New Zealand, Australia and the UK and has consulted on a number of projects around the world.


Kelly has recently completed her Bachelor of Law and Arts and is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Dylan Parshotam

Consultant

Dylan is a consultant specialising in graphic and video creation and he has extensive experience in political campaigns. Dylan is currently completing his degree at The University of Auckland, in Law and Arts.

Liam Garman

Consultant

Liam specialises in turning creative concepts into effective advertising campaigns. He has a strong background in copywriting and social media community management for brands and organisations.

He started his career as a speechwriter in the New South Wales Parliament before taking his writing skills to digital marketing, where he has developed strategies for, then planned and managed online advertising campaigns.

Paige Harwood

Consultant

Paige has 3 years of experience in video production, with a particular focus on documentary and profile pieces. She has also been a production assistant on Australian Survivor Season 2 and High Road the TV series. She also loves to create custom pet portraits.

In a nutshell, Paige’s entire life is based around bringing joy to people through creating captivating content and telling a story through multiple avenues of media.

Roy Dormer

Graphic Designer

Roy is a graphic designer with design and leadership experience in digital agencies with wide ranges of clients internationally, his local church & their youth programme, and many other creative and branding projects.

Roy believes design has the power to unite people through shared emotions & experiences, and gives his best to contribute towards that end.

Hayley Richman

Consultant

Hayley is a consultant specialising in digital advertising and creative production. Hayley graduated in 2015 with a BA in English Literature and has worked in different areas of social media and technology since then. From owning her own business to working in different tech start-ups in the United States and Australia, Hayley has worked in a wide variety of environments.

Yara Romaniuk

Graphic Designer

Yara is a creative professional and designer with advanced skills in graphic design, photo-editing and web design.

Before joining TG, Yara worked in different graphic design roles around the world - in Israel, Ukraine and New Zealand. She approaches projects with creativity and a high attention to detail to deliver the best possible work for her clients.

Ashleigh Best

Graduate Consultant

Ashleigh is a graduate consultant, specialising in graphic design and digital advertising. She has a Bachelor in Media Design and has worked with a variety of corporate clients across New Zealand and Australia. Ashleigh is a talented creative and digital marketing professional who loves engaging audiences with innovative designs and targeted campaigns.

Jack Rush

Junior Consultant

Jack is a junior consultant, with a background in videography. His experience ranges from amateur personal and high school projects, and is developing other skills in a number of areas.

Deb Haworth

People and Operations Manager

Deb looks after the team at TG and every aspect of TG Operations.

She started her career as a research analyst in the financial sector and then moved into project management with particular emphasis on the not-for-profit sector. She is also a freelance writer and travel blogger, and is currently working on her first novel.

Haydon Howlett

Finance Director

Haydon oversees the global operations and finances at TG. He honed his considerable financial expertise while working internationally in the venture capital, FMCG, and start-up sectors. His global experience includes the Australasian and European markets. Before returning to New Zealand in 2018, he spent five years based in London and Berlin.

When he’s not overseeing TG’s operational success, he’s a mad keen skier and a below average tennis player.
