Our work’s global. We’ve got bases in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, and we’re growing fast.
But wherever in the world you join us, you’ll find the same Kiwi spirit. We work hard (no clock-watching here). We love the hustle and banter. We all have a sense of humour, which keeps everybody in check (and makes the annual retreat a bit of fun).
Crucially: we also respect and trust each other. So we’re happy to offer flexible and remote working, as long as we’re getting the job done. And we welcome ideas from everyone, that can take TG in exciting new directions.
It means if you’re good at what you do, you can make an impact here very quickly. And if you’re a whip-smart professional looking to make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
"Things that have kept me here longer than anyone (except for Ben and Sean): the Kiwi can-do culture, the David v Goliath attitude (we slay giants), the ballsiness, the fighting for - and winning - the big contracts, and the freedom. That’s why people stay."
"I love being part of the TG team because I have autonomy to make the big decisions and build relationships with clients. TG trust me to get the job done. And stepping up like that has given me the experience to be great at my job."
"I’ve been thrown into some of the most challenging and rewarding projects of my life. I work alongside incredibly talented people, making daring creative that finds its way onto YouTube or giant screens at Piccadilly Circus. It’s been a hell of a ride, and I can’t wait for what’s next."
"The standards are so high: I love working with people that push me to be better, and achieve more than I knew I could, for clients, and myself. Roles are fluid: put your hand up and you can go after new skills, and grow really quickly"
If you can’t find a vacancy that’s right for you, rest assured we always love to get CVs from strong candidates, and there may be a role that’s a better fit around the corner. You can send your details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
